Celigo integrations that connect your CRM to the rest of your business

We're a Celigo Advanced partner. We plan and build integrations between your CRM and the ERP, finance, and operations systems your business runs on.

What does our Celigo partnership mean for you?

Pyxis Growth Partners is a Celigo Advanced partner. Celigo is an integration platform that moves data between your CRM and the other systems your business depends on, with monitoring and error alerts so problems surface before your teams notice them.

Most of our Celigo work starts in HubSpot, where we've worked since 2012. We design each integration around how your sales, service, and operations teams actually use the CRM, so the data that reaches the CRM is the data people need at the moment they act on it.

Which systems can we connect with Celigo?

Most of our Celigo work links your CRM to the systems that run the business after a deal closes. Common examples:

  • ERP systems, so reps can see orders, rentals, and account history without leaving the CRM.
  • Finance and billing platforms, so invoices and payment status follow the customer record.
  • Credit-check tools, so a customer's credit status is visible before a deal moves forward.
  • Operations and industry platforms that hold project, job, or inventory data your commercial teams rely on.

Data can flow in one direction or both. We map what each team needs and keep the integration limited to the fields and events that matter.

When is Celigo the right choice?

Celigo isn't the answer to every integration. We recommend an approach based on what you're connecting, how much data moves between systems, and who will maintain it after launch.

  • Celigo works well for ERP and finance integrations that carry higher volumes and need monitoring and support over time.
  • Zapier is a good fit for lighter automations between your CRM and the apps your teams already use. We're a Zapier Gold partner.
  • Microsoft Power Automate makes sense when your business runs on Microsoft Dynamics. We have experience integrating HubSpot with Dynamics this way.
  • Custom code is the right call when there's no standard connector or the other system's API is limited.

Who looks after the integration once it's live?

Integrations need attention after launch. Fields change, new pipelines get added, and either system can update its API. We can stay on to monitor your Celigo flows, resolve errors, and adjust mappings as your process changes.

This support is available on its own or as part of a revenue operations retainer.

What does a Celigo integration look like in practice?

A multi-region equipment rental company needed its reps to see rental and credit data without switching systems. We connected HubSpot to the company's ERP and credit-check software using Celigo, so rental history and credit status appear on the records reps already use.

Which of your systems should be talking to each other?

Tell us what isn't working and we'll get the conversation started. Our Integration Audit looks at the systems your teams rely on and how data moves between them, then recommends where Celigo, another tool, or custom code fits.
