Project Manager + Account Manager = RevOps Strategist

We're looking for a self-starter to join our team as a RevOps Strategist. Think of this role as a hybrid of Project Manager and Account Manager.

In this role, you'll be responsible for putting together the pieces of a successful CRM strategy for clients, working with our team to execute it, and continually optimizing it for the best results. 

As a Project Manager for Pyxis, you’ll have the opportunity to work with an exciting variety of clients who are focused on growing their businesses with CRM-powered marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for people who like to roll up their sleeves and get things done. As a RevOps Project Manager, you’ll play a lead role in communicating with and educating clients, strategizing, and managing CRM projects. You’ll also be tasked with analyzing each client’s data, creating reports, and recommending future strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage regular client meetings and communications, including:
    • Creating agendas for each client meeting
    • Taking detailed notes with action items and sharing with clients 
    • Maintaining client wishlist
    • Create assignments 
  • Execute your clients’ plans in order to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
  • Create monthly performance reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Be the strategic point of contact for clients and provide weekly communication updates
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client’s goals. 
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 
  • Perform configuration and customization of the HubSpot CRM
  • Plan, estimate, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. 
  • Use and refine best practices and tools for project execution and management to share with Pyxis teammates. 
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to clients. 
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency responses. 
  • Acts as a central point of contact for stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
  • Facilitate effective change management programs within the client organization, including creating and administering communication plans to promote end-user adoption. 
  • Remain communicative and available with team and clients during reasonable business hours.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and present new project management strategies and documentation needed to help train the team so they can better serve clients
  • Complete and maintain relevant HubSpot certifications and attend in-person and virtual educational events

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

  • 3-5 years of agency experience
  • Experience with consultative account management
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience using marketing technology (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing a plus
  • Well-developed written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented with minimal supervision
  • Relationship-building skills and client communication experience
  • Self starter, resourceful, excited to learn new things
